Online orders have a lead time of 5-7 business days since they are made once your order is placed.
How should I report a missing or damaged/defective item from my order?
We take great pride in inspecting all orders prior to shipping. Please report any damaged or missing items to lisa@liseeree.com within 7 days of delivery.
Are returns or exchanges accepted?
All of our wallpapers are printed to order, which is why we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We highly encourage ordering samples and asking questions prior to placing an order.

General
Yes! Each wallpaper product page has the option to purchase 8.5"x11" samples. You can buy both peel & stick and traditional samples for all wallpaper. All sample sales are final.
Make sure you know the width and length of the area you need to cover. All of our wallpapers are 2 feet wide x 33' long, which is equal to 66 sq ft.
We have several materials and substrates to choose from including traditional paste the wall, peel & stick, and Type II options for the trade. Click HERE for more information about our substrates.
Surfaces with a strong texture make it harder for the paper to stick. We recommend a smooth, clean wall for the most successful application.
We print to order. If you find that you need more wallpaper later on, we cannot guarantee that the new rolls will match your previous order. Color consistency changes for our printers on a day-to-day basis, so we recommend calculating the total amount needed before placing an order or ordering extra just in case. Use the width x height of your walls and add in 15-20% on top of that so you have what you need. It's better to order extra than not have enough and your colors be slightly different because of a different print run.

Installation
Yes, installing wallpaper yourself is absolutely possible and a popular DIY project, but it does require some care and preparation.
Here are a few things to consider that will help determine which material is right for your project:
Your Wallpaper Type:
- Unpasted: You have to apply the adhesive (wallpaper paste) to the back of the paper or directly to the wall ("paste the wall").
- Peel and Stick: This is the most beginner-friendly and great for renters.
Wall ConditionThe wall surface should be clean, smooth, and primed. Poorly prepped walls can cause the paper to bubble, peel, or show imperfections.
